Sometimes the answer is training, sometimes it’s new software. More likely it’s a combination of change management, new tools, talent, learning, and maybe even a change in organizational design. I look at the big picture, and use good analytical practices to come up with winning strategies.
I also believe that good business and being good to people is not mutually exclusive nor is it a contradiction. Involving data in decisions doesn’t force you to be cold, but can empower people and the business to reinvest and engage.
