Just because we send triggered campaigns to customers, doesn’t mean they will respond. Each one of your customers is different. They have different needs, want different products, and are worth different amounts to your bottom line. Yet, while everyone recognizes this, many marketing communication programs send each customer the same message, effectively acting as if everyone’s the same. We at Hansa Marketing call this practice “batch and blast,” and it is bad for your business and bad for your customers.
