Trigger Events: Starting a Conversation with your Customers

Just because we send triggered campaigns to customers, doesn’t mean they will respond. Each one of your customers is different. They have different needs, want different products, and are worth different amounts to your bottom line. Yet, while everyone recognizes this, many marketing communication programs send each customer the same message, effectively acting as if everyone’s the same. We at Hansa Marketing call this practice “batch and blast,” and it is bad for your business and bad for your customers.

We believe that the best campaigns are more like conversations, which follow the customer as he/she experiences your brand across all touchpoints. We hope this webinar presentation on Trigger Events helps.

The webinar is presented by Ed Jaffe and guest speaker, Michael Fazio (SDL/Alterian). It covers ten types of triggered campaigns and includes a live example using the SDL Campaign Manager tool. Watch and learn the right way to initiate customer conversations.
