    4. 5. <ul><li>To develop staff and student expertise in the educational use of mobile devices and to extend the Personalisation model at City College Norwich </li></ul><ul><li>To provide access to innovative and flexible assessment opportunities, in particular, incorporating peer assessment. </li></ul><ul><li>Development of replicable systems of teacher development in m-learning by embedding reflective practice, action research, dissemination and collaboration. </li></ul><ul><li>To enable learning activities which are enjoyable, engaging and where applicable self-directed. </li></ul><ul><li>To provide a mobile learning blueprint for ‘e14-19’ curriculum partnerships for personalised learning success and progression. </li></ul>

    12. 13. <ul><li>So – What Did We Learn??? </li></ul><ul><li>Never mind all that…the positives! </li></ul><ul><li>Overwhelming staff enthusiasm - parents liked it too </li></ul><ul><li>A real influx of ideas on usage from staff and students </li></ul><ul><li>A positive and visible rise in self-esteem for many students (and some staff!) </li></ul><ul><li>A “pioneer” spirit bought real community collaboration </li></ul><ul><li>The development of an ongoing community of “Cool Tool” Champions </li></ul>
