Audio Job Interview gives the candidates a chance to showcase their enthusiasm in words and carries it to the interviewers. While helping the interviewers, listen and screen the applications, Audio Job Interview serves as stage to the candidates. </li></ul><ul><li>This mode of screening gives a new dimension to the hiring process world. It is aimed at giving a lot of power to the job seeker to exhibit and speak his/her talents. Look and Feel the App AT&T Open Call Candidates begin by naming a new interview. Up to three different interviews can be recorded and saved. Next, selecting questions they will be responding to. (customized questions based on industry and white label versions welcome). Once the questions are selected a candidate can begin recording. The process is all very graceful and very candidate friendly.
<ul><li>Once the candidate is satisfied with the interview she can save it or re-record later. Saving will upload the interview to a third party server where a unique URL is created and archived. Candidates can share that URL when sending their resume, posting it to a profile or adding it to social networking sites. The URL stays valid until the candidate deletes it from the app. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Recruiters, employers or HR personnel, will find the URL link typically attached to a resume or cover letter, which will direct them to a to a static site that hosts the interviews. Here they can listen a candidate’s interview at their convenience, even from a mobile device. </li></ul>
