Case StudyBackgroundOikotie.fi is the largest online marketplace in Finland for finding real-estate, cars andjobs.  It is owned by Sanoma group which operates in over 20 countries, have nearly11, 000 employees and annual revenue of 2.4 billion. Oikotie.fi gets over 1.2 millionpage views per month and 500 000 weekly unique visitors.Like most online classifieds, Oikotie.fi offers two ways for online visitors i.e.prospective buyers to contact advertisers: Phone call Email via a contact form.Most buyers typically call between 9am - 6pm meaning advertisers missed calls,while buyers encountered busy tones and voicemails.
