HOTELS quality is a guest satisfaction benchmark system.
It allows the hotel to edit online its own questionnaire with predefined questions that will allow the hotel to compare the results with its competition. And it can also edit its own hotel's questions.
The system allows the hotel to e-mail the questionnaire automatically once the client has checked-out. Integration has been developed with more than 10 PMSs in order to automate the process.
