And Health Issues.

Geographical skills are learnt
through the Physical and
Human Geography topics, and
through fieldwork.

A2 Geography
You will investigate
Contemporary Geographical
Issues, and complete either a
Geography Fieldwork
Investigation, or a
Geographical Issues
Evaluation.

Contemporary Geographical
Issues will include two
Physical Options from Plate
Tectonics and Associated
Hazards,

Weather and Climate and
Associated Hazards,

And Ecosystems: Change and
Challenge,

And two Human Options
from World Cities,

Development and
Globalisation,

And Contemporary Conflicts
and Challenges.

The examination on either
the Fieldwork Investigation
or the Geographical Issue
Evaluation is completed
instead of coursework.
