  • OUR PEOPLE 10 Our service is built on many years of experience. The way we work together at HKR is designed specifically to provide a fast, efficient and creative service. Our 300 design professionals come from all over the world. Their shared experience and training offer our clients the valuable combination of a local and international perspective. We work in teams and encourage team members to express their ideas. We aim to make the most of everyone’s talents and expertise to deliver the most creative and viable solutions. Our senior professionals head up specialist areas of the business—areas that relate to their specialist industry knowledge and sector expertise. Our clients’ projects are handled by a team with specialist experience in that area. We assign two directors to every project—a lead director and a support director. In our experience, this is the fastest and most efficient way of running a project from concept through to completion.
