      • What do we mean by Health Records?
        • -Lack of clarity as to minimum data set.
      • Quality of data capture.
      • Motivating providers to capture minimum data sets.
      • Assisting in converting plain text into code/Snomed/ICPC/1CD10.
      • What do we want to use the Health Records for? It’s more than medical history.
