Outlook for January Overall residential real estate stats for December compared to November turned out to meet market expectations with total sales, median sales price, and number of listings all trending slightly downward. In contrast, however, the median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and inventory turnover presented more promising results. With this in mind, January 2014 is a new start for everyone in real estate! Opportunities to buy and sell are abundant and the cost to borrow remains historically low.
