Outlook for December It is no surprise given the holiday season that residential real estate statistics for Hermosa Beach during the month of November dropped off relative to October’s performance. That said, however, year-overyear data for November 2013 relative to 2012 reveals considerable improvements in appreciation of the median sales price and the inventory turnover rate. Given this information the general forecast for December 2013 is not too distinctly from November. Thinking ahead: Buyers, remember that the cost to borrow money remains at historically low levels. Sellers, low inventory provides a better opportunity to market your property for sale due to less competition.
