  13. 13. Outlook for August In summary, real estate activity in Redondo Beach during the month of July was positive according to major performance indicators. For example, total sales were up by 40.6%, the median sales price increased $42,960, the median days to sell dropped by 14.3%, listings jumped by 32.1%, the sales/listing ratio improved by 6.3%, and the months of inventory decreased by 4.8%. “What do I expect for August?” you ask. Based on the aforementioned and the fact that mortgage money remains historically inexpensive I anticipate we will see similar statistics once August comes to an end.
