Outlook for February Data analysis of Redondo Beach real estate activity for January 2014 relative to the same time last year revealed a 4.3% increase in total sales, an 8.0% improvement in the median sales price, and a 26.7% reduction in the median days to sell. Figures for both listings and months of inventory were identical yearover-year. Accordingly, evidence suggests market performance projections for February are likely to improve or remain somewhat equal when compared to January stats.
