    Poverty means not to have the basic things to live

    50% of the human population suffers from poverty
    More than 660 million live on less than $2 a day
    1.6 billion people ( a quarter of humanity ) live without electricity
    2.2 million children die each year because they are not immunized
  • 5. 47% lives in an urban area
    9% are disabled
    18% struggle to live on $1 per day or less
    43% live without basic sanitation
