    • Motivation is an action performed from the inspiration which leads to the success and determines the result.
  • 3. Problems when an employee is demotivated
    • The chance of getting into the problem is more when an employee or associate is demotivated.
    • Your Product or service gets declined when the source of motivation declines.
    • It affects your business Day by day as long as the problems exists.
    • Chance of Loosing the customers directly or Indirectly.
    • Core values of the organization build over long period shows negativity.

    • Appreciate your Subordinators in front of others.
    • Give Recognition for Toppers in different forms.
    • Initiate plans of Individual’s as first Priority and Organizational plans as second to be performed.
    • Provide Opportunity for them to grow to Next level.

    • Once Ralph Waldo Emerson and his son were struggling to get a calf into the barn. Both tried very hard Pushing and pulling the calf till they exhausted.
    • A little girl saw this and She gave a try by putting her little finger into the calf’s mouth, Allowing it to suck, and the calf lovingly followed her to the barn.
    • See Most of us in life don’t understand the mind set of an individual. The More we engage in others work by understanding their problem and liking the likes and dislikes, We Become a suggestion hub for them. Slowly it creates the Positive ness and motivates them to perform Better.

    • Experience Motivation comes within, like an experience which is shared
    • among colleagues which has both sides of the coin, Positive and
    • negative. So when we share any experience always it should be positive
    • on the side and Lessons to be taken from the negative.
  • 10. Attitude Motivation
    • Attitude motivation is how people think and feel. It is their self
    • confidence,their belief in themselves, their attitude to life. It is
    • how they feel about the future and how they react to the past.
  • 11. Training Motivation
    • When employee joins the Organization. He will be most
    • motivated in the cycle of employment. He will have the intention
    • of proving his ability to perform the task before the deadlines
    • and he wants to prove his mettle and be a role model for
    • others.
    • He is a like a plant in the garden and gardener is a trainee.
    • How gardener trims the plant like wise it will grow.
    • which can be grow straight or bent also.
    • Its important for Organization to identify the type of trainee required for
    • the individual but must have high positive energy and determination.

    • This Motivation is like creating a fear on an employee to perform the task.
    • Advantages:-
    • Work seems to be very fast
    • Job is done Quickly
    • Employee’s Performance may Improve
    • Disadvantages:-
    • It causes stress.
    • Long term, Performance Declines
    • It works only when the motivator is there, When he goes the motivation also goes
  • 14. Incentive Motivation
    • This type of motivation is through bonus, Recognition
    • and incentives etc., on basis of performance of an individual.
    • Advantage:-
    • a) If the Incentive is strong the motivation is strong.
    • b) Performance Increases rapidly
    • c) Competence level increases.
    • Disadvantage:-
    • Quality of the job done is less.
    • Performance, Works only on the basis of incentive which may affect the organization finance.
    • Expectation from an individual increases which may not be able to fulfill from organization end.
