were made where the student could talk to a career counselor by selecting a particular
option. The students could even call back on the number to avail the counselling
services. We also send SMS blasts to our student database for them.
Results:
We got a positive response with a high number of Call patching done from the University

engineering, management and humanities.
15. Objective:
To promote Credila’s Educational loan schemes by providing them with a cost effective
lead generation campaign.
Solution:
We devised a ‘response based’ process to generate leads using consumer database. We
carried out campaigns on our 9 M interest based user database to reach out to the
relevant target audience. We successfully executed SMS and OBD campaigns with
regular updates and alerts on various educational loan schemes which generated quality
leads.
Results:
We managed to get Credila a higher lead conversion rate. The lead conversion rate for
the campaigns was 0.05%.
