Regional infrastructure projects UAE • Etihad railway project in UAE worth of $8billion – UAE’s first railway system • Expansion of Abu Dhabi Airport ($6.8billion) - under construction and expected completion by 2014 – will also host a separate terminal for Etihad Airways • Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai valued at $8billion. • $0.76 billion road-development project in Abu Dhabi. • Bluewaters Island (a mixed use development) worth $1.6billion, which will host world’s largest ferris wheel Dubai Eye (260 meters) valued at $0.3 billion. • Louvre Abu Dhabi estimated construction cost is USD 655 million – estimated completion 2015

Regional infrastructure projects UAE • The Pointe, an $219 million, 136,000 square metre retail and entertainment complex on Palm Jumeirah. • Dubai Creek Harbour, an urban cultural and commercial district, designed around a series of lagoons and green boulevards valued at $17.5billion • Mohammad bin Rashid city will include 100 hotel facilites, an entertainment centre developed with Universal Studios, the largest mall in the world, and a park larger than London’s 350-acre Hyde Park. • A complex of five theme parks valued at $2.7billion
