    • Our system is a non-evasive way of providing curbside property information to prospective buyers.
    • We will professionally record a message containing details about your listings.
    • We include your name, company, property features and amenities such as bedrooms, bathrooms, sqft and lot size.

    • When a prospective buyer calls for information, our system automatically captures the caller’s number.
    • Simultaneously notifying our call center and the Realtor either by fax, email or text message.
    • At the end of the message, the caller will be provided an option for additional information or to be transferred to a live operator.

    • Within seconds, our system captures the prospective buyer’s phone number. In most cases while the caller is still in front of the property.

    • If the caller selects the option to be transferred they will be greeted by an operator and asked to identify the property by it’s 4 digit code

      • 2.) Before the Realtor sets your appointment, they’ve requested that you please fax your pre-approval letter. Have you been issued one?
      • 3.) And if not, would you like to be pre-approved by one of our Credit Specialist?

    • Following the initial call, one of our representatives will contact the Realtor with the buyer’s information and details of the conversation. The Realtor will be sent a GFE and a summary of the details of the transaction. This includes maximum sales price, cash on hand, funds needed to close, and a estimated closing date.

    • Every lead generated, is the sole and exclusive property of the listing agent.
    • Each lead will then be stored in our database and will be available to our Realtors at any time.
