At Greythorn, the satisfaction of our direct hire candidates is a main priority. Our Direct Hire Care
Program was established to provide you with the best possible service and to gude you through the
interview and hiring process.
Our Promise to You

•	 Obtain your permission before submitting your resume to a client
•	 Never alter your resume, unless authorized to do so by you
•	 Help you prepare for your interviews, including sending you a copy of our Resume & Interview
Guide
•	 Provide you with a status report on interviews within 24 hours
•	 Contact you before your start date, on your start date, and within the first month of your
employment

Quarterly Newsletter
Greythorn newsletters are distributed during the second month of each quarter. Each newsletter
includes featured jobs, highlighted candidates, and new articles from Greythorn.
Referral Program
We believe great people refer other great people. If you know industry professionals who may like to
work with Greythorn, please share their contract information with your recruiter.
While we appreciate that you would connect us as a gesture of goodwill, we like to say thanks by
offering a referral bonus of up to $1,200. We pay this after a full time employee (FTE) passes their
probabtion period in a new role, or when a consultant has worked for us for three months.
These reviews are private consultations with your recruiter, and provide you with an opportunity to give
feedback about the new job. Greythorn’s recruiters use a list of standard questions geared toward
open and honest communication about how you are doing. Here are some sample questions from past
reviews:
•	 Are you enjoying your new role?
•	 What do you like about it?
•	 Do you have the access and tools needed to complete your work?
•	 How are the staff within the organization treating you?
Wherever possible, we will conduct this PPR in-person, perhaps over lunch. We like to keep it informal
and comforable. Typically, we will schedule this meeting to take place within the first 30 days of your
job.
This review process is not complete without feedback from the client. We run a very similar review ses-
sion directly with the hiring manager, whenever possible. This gives us constructive feedback we share
with you to ensure your success.
