Five Simple And Profound Questions To Ask StaffOops, I forgot to log in before making my post to your wall. So, here goes again:
Hey Jim,
This is very similar to After-Action Reviews, which is an approach used by the U.S. military. It follows the same general pattern. We are using it at the college I work for to promote institutional improvement. As a group, the staff goes through this process after the completion of every new project and/or event.9 months ago

What is Action Research?I’m glad you all liked my presentation. I am currently reading Karl Popper’s The Open Society. He shows the extent to which western culture is enslaved to Platonic philosophical ideas about reason as the primary source of knowledge. The ancient Hebrew culture, on the other hand, saw wisdom as the result of practice (praxis). This book is a very good read which I highly recommend.2 years ago

Foundations for a Future OrientationThanks Anna Marie for the encouragement. I gave this presentation to a group of educators not too long ago and they seemed engaged. The only problem was that I did not allow enough time for the practical part. Next time. Thanks again.2 years ago
