    • Established in July 2001 by Carol Guilford, Managing Director.
    • Our consultants offer a wealth and variety of experiences to draw upon to provide valued professional, practical 'hands on' advice and support.
    • Besides the Directors and support staff we have associate consultants and contacts that can provide an integrated ‘one-stop shop’ of HR support for all your needs.
    • Slightly different in our approach and we can provide the holistic flexible HR support to meet the needs of clients and not impose anything on them that they do not need.
    • The key element of which is the relationship that is established to ensure the client has complete trust and confidence in the help and support given with an approach that is a little 'out of the box', that encourages a relaxed, fun approach.

    • At HR Solutions we are keen to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of all our clients.
    • To do this we undertake an annual client survey to understand your views, as well as to identify ways to improve the services that we provide.
    • After every Client Survey we review the feedback and provide a summary to our clients on our website, as well as set out ways to continue to improve our service to meet out clients’ needs.
