  • 1. Have these leftovers? Let’s clear the fridge!
  • 2. Let’s work on a leftovers makeover salad. Standby your favourite Salad Dressing
  • 3. ¼ of this will do Shred it.
  • 4. Peel skin off. Cut into cubes. ½ will do. Pick 1 up.
  • 5. Mix in Salad Dressing (My choice? Thousand Island Dressing.) Put cut ingredients into a Add ½ a can of (I prefer Tuna in Mayonnaise.)
  • 6. Serve with… … bread or crackers
  • 7. Is it delicious? Nothing’s left to photograph! What do you think?
  • 8. Love eating that? It’s best to learn to cook your own.
