Hi Nancy! Huh... it’s hard to say anything. Your presentation is shocking. But I know this is the only way to call the attention of people. It’s good to see those who care about other people try to use every medium to post thier thoughts. I’ve not heard about this Action Day yet but it’s a very good idea and I hope a lot of people took part in it. Thanks for your care and attention; those people really need it. Bye, Anita

Thank you for the thumbs up, Sara. I like the quote you posted by Indira Gandhi, 'The poverty is the worse form of contamination'. Reading quotations is a great way to find inspiration to write. I found the quotes for this presentation by googling 'poverty quotes'.

All the clothes you can pick to keep you warm and make your day. Happy with these, dear?
Are the children happy in Kibera ? What do you think?
Let’s find new stimulations for your developing brain .
Let’s see where they can find them …
Clean water… … to appreciate life with.
A place for sanitation and cleaning. When there are no other options…
The best care for your sniffles .
Nigerian orphanage in the late 1960’s. Children and a nurse attendant. The best care, possible.
The highest education … … that money can buy .
What education? They have to beg for food .
ENVIRONMENTAL: climate change, exhaustion of soil fertility and decline of agricultural yields, depletion of natural resources… ECONOMICS: increase in world oil prices, pushed up price of grain, high unemployment rate, brain drain… HEALTH CARE: lack or poor access to affordable health… development trap the cycle of change… What are the causes of poverty ?
What about effectiveness of governments ? the cycle of change continues… Overpopulation Illegal Immigration High Crime Rates Discrimination : gender, racial, caste… Corruption$ Conflicts War
