See spec section 00310, Scope of Construction Work, for full description – Bids submitted to GRG at their office at 6174 Delmar by 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 24 – All prime bidders (except landscaping, pavers, and metals/rails) must submit or have on file a MoDOT Contractor Questionnaire on file at least 7 days prior to bid opening (October 17th). See MoDOT website. – 5% bid bond with bid. 100 % performance and payment bonds at contract award.
