The Fellowship Triangle

  1. 1. Galatians 2:9 [9] and recognizing the grace that had been given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand offellowship, so that we might go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.
  2. 2. Understanding “Koinonia”1) Its basic meaning is “sharing.”
  3. 3. Hebrews 2:14 [14] Therefore, since the childrenshare in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might renderpowerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
  4. 4. Understanding “Koinonia”2) We’re discussing sharing in Christ.
  5. 5. 1 Corinthians 1:9 [9] God is faithful, through whomyou were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
  6. 6. Understanding “Koinonia” 3) This sharing is our highest priority.
  7. 7. 2 Corinthians 6:14-15 [14] Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness andlawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? [15] Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, orwhat has a believer in common with an unbeliever?
