DAY ONE & TWO April 24th & 25th DAY ONE & TWO — Eventing Clinic • two lessons per day – Cross Country & Show Jumping • a guest speaker. • listen and learn from the others. This is a fantastic opportunity to train in a professional facility, have some fun and learn from some of the best in equestrian sport. Two days clinic and party, plus Freshmans show jumping and cross country over the 2009 PC State Championship course. You can come to ride or watch.

I, ________________________________________, understand, acknowledge and accept that horse sports and stud activities are dangerous and that horses can act in sudden and unpredictable ways, especially around breeding times or if frightened or hurt. These activities pose significant risks that may result in serious INJURY or DEATH. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Gold Fields Equestrian Club Inc and/or the Directors of the Equine Sports Breeding & Training Centre. I voluntarily PARTICIPATE at my OWN RISK and assume sole responsibility for any injury, death or property damage I may suffer or cause that may arise from my participation in the activities organised by either entities. I also understand and acknowledge the additional dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or any mind altering drugs before and during the activity and I take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage associated with their consumption. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and that any wilful or unorganised pursuit, misconduct or refusal by me to follow any direction of an organiser or official can result in the CANCELLATION of my participation in the event and my immediate removal from my horse NO MATTER where that may occur. I understand that any such non-compliance may result in injury, death and/or permanent disability and I agree to indemnify the organisers against all claims made by any person as a result of my failure to comply. I understand that outbreaks of endemic or exotic diseases such as Equine Influenza are possible and that Government authorities may quarantine, restrict or prevent the movement of horses, vehicles, equipment and personnel for a period of time. I acknowledge and agree that such action is in everyone’s best interests and shall comply with all directions given from organisers and officials and shall pay for any additional costs incurred as a result of such an incident. Effect of this Document I have had sufficient opportunity to read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement of any kind.
