      • Online via GlobalGiving’s Project Entry system OR through monthly disbursement report emails

  • 5. Disbursement and donor lists
    • Disbursement at the end of each month after the donation has been made (January funds will be disbursed in February, etc)
    • Disbursement report includes reconciled donation sheet with donor name (unless anonymous), email address, donation amount and any fees.
    • Disbursement report send to disbursement contact
  • 6. Getting your donation information
    • You can access your donor information in real time by logging on to the Project Entry (PE) system on GlobalGiving
    • This site also allows you to download all of your past donation information
    • Please note this provides gross donation information (not counting fees or add ons)
    • You can send thank you notes directly through the GlobalGiving site
  • 7. Adding and Editing Projects
    • You are eligible to enter as many projects as you’d like to on the site. (Don’t forget you have to report on all projects on the site, though.)
    • Don’t forget to press “Validate and Submit” in tab 5.
    • Once you submit, GG staff reviews and approves the projects. Projects will be up on the site in about two business days!

    • Ranking is used for:

  • 9. Project Reports
    • Project reports are required every three months
    • They are sent out to all your donors and are posted on your project page
    • Project reports (2-3 paragraphs):
      • Progress of your project and accomplishments
      • Beneficiary stories
      • Quotes
      • Impact stats, specific to your project
      • Pictures
  • 10. Develop a long-term strategy
    • Include your GG strategy in your overall fundraising strategy
    • Set ambitious, but realistic goals
    • Plan a calendar
