Disbursement and donor lists <ul><li>Disbursement occurs each month </li></ul><ul><li>With your disbursement you will get a reconciled donation sheet with donor name (unless anonymous), email address, donation amount and any fees. </li></ul><ul><li>You will get this towards the end of the month after the donation has been made (January funds will be disbursed in February, etc) </li></ul>

Entering a new project <ul><li>1) Click login at the top right corner of </li></ul><ul><li>2) Log in with your email address and password </li></ul><ul><li>3) Click on Project Entry </li></ul><ul><li>4) Enter you’re the title for your new project </li></ul><ul><li>5) Click “Create” </li></ul>

Entering a new project 2 <ul><li>6) Your project will appear in the “ Pending ” tab </li></ul><ul><li>7) Click “ edit ” </li></ul><ul><li>8) Add the required information and click “ Save ” </li></ul><ul><li>9) Click upload documents (required) and main photo </li></ul><ul><li>10) Add additional photos in the “Photo Gallery” </li></ul><ul><li>11) Click “ Submit ” </li></ul><ul><ul><li>It will take about 1-2 working days for your project to appear live on </li></ul></ul>

Editing an existing project <ul><li>L og in to the project entry site the same way as you would to create a new project </li></ul><ul><li>Click the ‘ pending ’ tab </li></ul><ul><li>Click “ recall to edit ” </li></ul><ul><ul><li>This does NOT take your project off of GlobalGiving Click “edit” </li></ul></ul>
  7. 7. Editing an existing project 2 <ul><li>4. Make your edits, then click “ save ” </li></ul><ul><li>5. Click “ submit ” so that we know your edits have been made </li></ul><ul><ul><li>It will take about 1-2 working days for your edits to appear live on . It was stay the same until the changes are approved. </li></ul></ul>

When are projects taken off of ? <ul><li>Fully funded </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You will receive a notification from our staff when your project is nearing or reaches full funding. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If your project has been fully funded in part by outside sources, let us know ( [email_address] ) and we will mark it as funded. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Non-compliance (non-reporting, organization no longer operational, financial mismanagement) </li></ul>Projects remain on GlobalGiving until they are funded or taken down for non-compliance.
