PLANNING YOUR TRIP / Aspire Down Under
Step 1: Plan your Itinerary
You may already have an idea of where you would
like to visit – use our planning maps on pages 30-31
(Australia), 125 (New Zealand) and and then visit the
individual destination pages to discover more about
each region.
It’s a common misconception that customized
vacations are expensive and ‘off the shelf packages’
offer the lowest pricing. As a wholesaler we design
your personalized itinerary utilizing the lowest
current airfare rates, negotiated hotel rates (often
with value added bonuses such as free nights and
breakfast), daily touring and airport transfers –
these services form the building blocks of your
personalized package and ensure your itinerary only
includes places and touring you are interested in.
We will discuss your travel ideas with you and offer to
put together a proposed itinerary. We do not charge
a fee for working with you; Aspire Down Under is
compensated by the suppliers we book on your behalf.
We will answer your questions, offer plenty of advice
and start planning your itinerary outline. You will
work with the same dedicated travel expert for all
your dealings with Aspire to ensure consistency and
knowledge of your information.
Step 2: Select an airline and route to fly
We offer outstanding coach, premium economy,
business and first class airfares. Many of these
unpublished airfares are only available for packaged
vacations and offer unbelieveable savings.
We partner with Qantas, Virgin Australia, Air New
Zealand, Fiji Airways, United Airlines and Air Tahiti
Nui (full details on pages 6-9). The airlines that
cross the Pacific are leading the way in aviation
– Qantas flies A380s and Air New Zealand offers
the ‘skycouch’, perfect for those looking for more
room without wanting premium pricing. Our travel
experts will assist you in selecting the appropriate
airline which best suits your routing, personal taste
and budget.
Step 3: Official documentation
All US citizens require a passport to enter Australia,
New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. Your
passport should be valid for 6 months after you
return to the USA. All visitors to Australia require an
Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to enter Australia.
Step 4: Choose how to get around
Depending on your time available and the variety
of destinations you would like to visit there are
numerous ways of getting around Australia, New
Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. You may wish
to travel around independently by rental car or take
a fully escorted tour. Australia and New Zealand
offers some of the world’s most iconic and scenic rail
journeys. With Australia practically being the same
size as the USA, and vacation time being limited, it
often makes sense to travel by air. We offer great
airfare deals as part of your International flight ticket
such as the Qantas Walkabout Pass or the Virgin
Australia Airpass, offering International travelers
amazing value downunder.
Step 5: Accommodation options
Our itineraries include accommodations and tours to
suit all tastes and budgets; we offer many different
styles from luxury resorts to B&Bs. Our Brochure
is a great starting point to review our collection
of hotels, lodges, apartments, Island resorts and
boutique properties.
We believe where you stay is part of your overall
experience. Aussies, Kiwis and Fijians are some of the
friendliest peoples on the planet and we want you
to meet them! We recommend many locally owned
and operated properties that showcase the local
surroundings as well as trusted brand hotels in our
portfolio. When considering accommodations for your
trip talk to your Aspire consultant about including
an Island resort in Australia, a working farm/cattle
station experience, a unique B&B or luxury lodge in
New Zealand to name a few of the options available.
We always want to know if your trip is for a special
occasion, bona fide honeymooners and special
birthdays/anniversaries benefit from added bonuses
such as room upgrades or wine in your room on arrival.
Step 6: Touring
We believe it is these memorable touring experiences
that make your vacation become an unforgettable
lifetime experience. Snorkeling the Great Barrier
Reef, walking around Uluru with an Aboriginal guide,
taking in a performance at the Sydney Opera House,
drinking kava with a Fijian village chief and hiking on
Franz Josef glacier are just a few of the unique and
amazing adventures you can experience.

Aspire Down Under / PLANNING YOUR TRIP
Like accommodation, touring is a personal choice and
we have different styles to match your preferences.
From larger coaches offering tour highlights at
excellent value to more specialized smaller group
tours with expert guides. In a small group tour you
can really immerse yourself in the destination and
visit off the beaten track parts of even the most
visited sites.
Step 7: Finalize your booking
We will continue to refine your itinerary until you are
satisfied it is exactly what you are looking for. When
you are ready to book we request an initial deposit
plus any airfares payments if applicable. At this time
we will confirm your arrangements (accommodations
are not held until a deposit has been paid) and send
you a confirmation invoice. You have the choice of
settling your account in full upon confirmation to
guarantee the price or paying your balance six weeks
before departure, however should you choose to wait
your balance will be recalculated to take into account
any currency fluctuations that may have occurred.
Three weeks before departure we will send your
departure travel documents which will consist
of airline Eticket receipts, departure itinerary
including local office contact details and detailed
itinerary information, travel vouchers and insurance
policy details.
We love to keep in touch and hear all about your trip.
We value all our client’s feedback so expect to hear
from us on your return!
Don’t forget...
Our affiliate offices on the ground in Sydney, Auckland and
South Pacific Islands are available 24/7 for assistance on
your trip so when dealing with time differences between
the USA and Down Under you never have to wait to contact
a travel expert with any questions or concerns.

  • 4. 02 PLANNING YOUR TRIP / Aspire Down Under Step 1: Plan your Itinerary You may already have an idea of where you would like to visit – use our planning maps on pages 30-31 (Australia), 125 (New Zealand) and and then visit the individual destination pages to discover more about each region. It’s a common misconception that customized vacations are expensive and ‘off the shelf packages’ offer the lowest pricing. As a wholesaler we design your personalized itinerary utilizing the lowest current airfare rates, negotiated hotel rates (often with value added bonuses such as free nights and breakfast), daily touring and airport transfers – these services form the building blocks of your personalized package and ensure your itinerary only includes places and touring you are interested in. We will discuss your travel ideas with you and offer to put together a proposed itinerary. We do not charge a fee for working with you; Aspire Down Under is compensated by the suppliers we book on your behalf. We will answer your questions, offer plenty of advice and start planning your itinerary outline. You will work with the same dedicated travel expert for all your dealings with Aspire to ensure consistency and knowledge of your information. Step 2: Select an airline and route to fly We offer outstanding coach, premium economy, business and first class airfares. Many of these unpublished airfares are only available for packaged vacations and offer unbelieveable savings. We partner with Qantas, Virgin Australia, Air New Zealand, Fiji Airways, United Airlines and Air Tahiti Nui (full details on pages 6-9). The airlines that cross the Pacific are leading the way in aviation – Qantas flies A380s and Air New Zealand offers the ‘skycouch’, perfect for those looking for more room without wanting premium pricing. Our travel experts will assist you in selecting the appropriate airline which best suits your routing, personal taste and budget. Step 3: Official documentation All US citizens require a passport to enter Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. Your passport should be valid for 6 months after you return to the USA. All visitors to Australia require an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to enter Australia. Step 4: Choose how to get around Depending on your time available and the variety of destinations you would like to visit there are numerous ways of getting around Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. You may wish to travel around independently by rental car or take a fully escorted tour. Australia and New Zealand offers some of the world’s most iconic and scenic rail journeys. With Australia practically being the same size as the USA, and vacation time being limited, it often makes sense to travel by air. We offer great airfare deals as part of your International flight ticket such as the Qantas Walkabout Pass or the Virgin Australia Airpass, offering International travelers amazing value downunder. Step 5: Accommodation options Our itineraries include accommodations and tours to suit all tastes and budgets; we offer many different styles from luxury resorts to B&Bs. Our Brochure is a great starting point to review our collection of hotels, lodges, apartments, Island resorts and boutique properties. We believe where you stay is part of your overall experience. Aussies, Kiwis and Fijians are some of the friendliest peoples on the planet and we want you to meet them! We recommend many locally owned and operated properties that showcase the local surroundings as well as trusted brand hotels in our portfolio. When considering accommodations for your trip talk to your Aspire consultant about including an Island resort in Australia, a working farm/cattle station experience, a unique B&B or luxury lodge in New Zealand to name a few of the options available. We always want to know if your trip is for a special occasion, bona fide honeymooners and special birthdays/anniversaries benefit from added bonuses such as room upgrades or wine in your room on arrival. Step 6: Touring We believe it is these memorable touring experiences that make your vacation become an unforgettable lifetime experience. Snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, walking around Uluru with an Aboriginal guide, taking in a performance at the Sydney Opera House, drinking kava with a Fijian village chief and hiking on Franz Josef glacier are just a few of the unique and amazing adventures you can experience. • 5. 03 Aspire Down Under / PLANNING YOUR TRIP Like accommodation, touring is a personal choice and we have different styles to match your preferences. From larger coaches offering tour highlights at excellent value to more specialized smaller group tours with expert guides. In a small group tour you can really immerse yourself in the destination and visit off the beaten track parts of even the most visited sites. Step 7: Finalize your booking We will continue to refine your itinerary until you are satisfied it is exactly what you are looking for. When you are ready to book we request an initial deposit plus any airfares payments if applicable. At this time we will confirm your arrangements (accommodations are not held until a deposit has been paid) and send you a confirmation invoice. You have the choice of settling your account in full upon confirmation to guarantee the price or paying your balance six weeks before departure, however should you choose to wait your balance will be recalculated to take into account any currency fluctuations that may have occurred. Three weeks before departure we will send your departure travel documents which will consist of airline Eticket receipts, departure itinerary including local office contact details and detailed itinerary information, travel vouchers and insurance policy details. We love to keep in touch and hear all about your trip. We value all our client’s feedback so expect to hear from us on your return! Don’t forget... Our affiliate offices on the ground in Sydney, Auckland and South Pacific Islands are available 24/7 for assistance on your trip so when dealing with time differences between the USA and Down Under you never have to wait to contact a travel expert with any questions or concerns.
