Question : 2Question : 2• The combination of our Documentary and our Ancillary works well.• It is effective because the concepts behind our images/photographs for theDouble Page Spread and Newspaper Advert reinforce the message of ourDocumentary.• The fact that our images consist of Social Media chasing a person, emphasisesthe idea that we can not escape it and it has some form of control over us.• This is complemented by the Newspaper Advert in which Social Media istrying to tempt the viewer/audience with signs that read “Pick Me”, which alsoties in with our title that social could be "Hegemonic".• This means a more manipulative form of control, thus trying to reel people insubtly.• This is emphasised by the actors body language, e.g. their smiles and the signs.
