Meet the Directors Matthew Gostelow - Director Matthew’s sales experience spans over 8 years building his career initially in commission only sales, quickly rising through the company to running his own sales office of 40 staff at only 20 years of age. Matthew moved into recruitment in 2005 specialising initially in IT contract recruitment where he saw his natural sales ability take him to top rookie in his first year and top contract biller in his second year. Most recently, Matthew’s focus has been within the Recruitment to Recruitment industry placing experienced recruitment professionals. Matthew helped establish Red Ventures and is currently a Director within the company. Claire Barrow - Director Claire graduated from Lancaster Management School and started as a Trainee Consultant within the Sthree Group in 2002 where she spent the first 5 years of her recruitment career. Claire focused on the permanent, senior appointments market and quickly developed from trainee through to managing her own team. While within the Sthree Group she gained regional top biller status for two years in a row as well as developing her own consultants to Top Rookie status. Claire’s recent career has seen her specialise within the Recruitment to Recruitment sector and has focused on placing experienced candidates. Claire helped establish Red Ventures and is currently a Director within the company.
