Incentives savings include the most typically used State and local AGGRESSIVE programs for the indicated industry. Programs include tax credits, payroll rebates, job training grants, cash grants, sales tax refunds, and property tax abatements. Other cost COMPETITIVE factors should be considered when evaluating the total cost of doing business in a particular state. These factors could include labor costs, transportation costs, utility costs, and real estate costs just to name a few.
