Getting Started<br />Download the App from iTunes (Android coming soon!)<br />Register in your Metro Area<br />Connect your account to Facebook <br />Setup your profile<br />Build your reputation so Customers can find you<br />Turn on PUSH notifications<br />We’ll alert you to all the nearby Gigs, so you’ll never miss out on the big payout.<br />

  9. 9. Finding Gigs<br />Find Gigs close to you by logging into the App. <br />Filter the list of Gigs available to you under “Browse”<br />

Doing your First Gig<br />Be professional <br />Remember the client wants a high quality result to help their business<br />Practice <br />Take a photo through the application<br />Take a photo through your iPhone camera<br />Read all the instructions. Twice. <br />Minor details in the instructions can help you avoid getting a rejection. <br />Know the Gig’s purpose<br />Read the instructions so you can explain the Gig if asked by a business owner. <br />

Your Gig Future <br />Gigwalk is GROWING!<br />Lots of new Gig types are being added every day:<br />Verify a businesses hours of operation<br />Take photos of a restaurant’s menu<br />Document the layout of a hotel<br />Validate if a street is obstructed<br />Confirm placement of a food item at a grocery store<br />Set a Goal. <br />Decide the dollar value you want to earn from Gigwalk and then work towards that goal. <br />Examples:<br />10 Mandarin Lessons - $350 <br />New TV - $1000<br />Flights to Mexico - $450 <br />
