2 Analisys with Social Usability

Analysis — Formare dei gruppi. — Selezionare un sito da analizzare usando la checklist. — Quali proprietà sono presenti? — Quali proprietà sono assenti? — È migliorabile? — Aggiungeresti qualcosa? 20’ — Toglieresti qualcosa?

Discussione — Ogni gruppo. — Spiegate il best case di Usabilità Sociale che avete trovato. — Spiegate il worst case di Usabilità Sociale che avete trovato. — Qual è la prima cosa che cambiereste? Perché? Aggiunge 20’ oppure migliora un fattore sociale?

3 Design with Social Usability

Design — Individualmente. — Selezionare una voce della checklist. — 15’ di paper prototyping. 15’

Test — A coppie, fare un mini-test di usabilità con il paper prototyping che avete progettato. — Alla ﬁne chiedete l’opinione complessiva. — 6’ di test per ciascuna persona. 12’

Discussione — Vediamo i prototipi. — Che obbiettivo vi eravate dati? — Qualche cosa vi ha stupito in particolare? — Qualche risultato eccellente? — Potremmo integrare tutte le vostre soluzioni in un social network unico? — Cambierebbe il vostro risultato se vi 20’ fosse un obbiettivo differente?

L’analisi con l’Usabilità Sociale

può essere fatta non solo su qualcosa di già esistente

ma anche sulle idee iniziali.

Il “social” è sopravvalutato

Bisogna scegliere, non fare tutto

E’ fondamentale fare riferimento a

obbiettivi

e motivazioni

Progettare con l’usabilità signiﬁca questo: scegliere.

Coniugare ogni elemento della checklist con motivazioni e obbiettivi.
