The challenge is to get them out of their cave - but how? <ul><li>Fear (the stick) </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Put something scarier in the cave (fear based motivation. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Problems with fear based motivation? </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Reward (the carrot) </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Put something better outside the cave or reward them for leaving the cave. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Problems with reward based motivation? </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Advice </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Tell them how you left the cave or how they should leave the cave. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Problems? </li></ul></ul>
