  • What are Curators responsible for?
    Overseeing the Collection: acquiring, negotiating loans, proper storage
    Creating Exhibitions: careful planning, selecting pieces toward a specific theme, researching, labeling
    Fundraising and Promotion: raising money, applying for grants, creating publicity
    Education and Training: Masters degree (or higher) in art history, or related field
