What is the end game?  Selling more products (whether online or offline, give them reasons to buy and plenty of options)  Generate business leads by engaging in proactive communication (collaborate/participate).  Increase Brand(s) awareness (use viral marketing)  Drive online traffic onto institutional sites.  Exploit bottom up content to creating relationships and opportunities (be ahead of the game, participate, make easy collating new ideas & suggestions).  Exploit Social Media tools and experience for recruitment purposes (hairdressers and professional masseurs).  Inform users of product/services availability and distributive channels.  Show your competence & know how, inspire people, teach as much as learn from them  Customer care and assistance (answer questions promptly, be honest, proactive and collaborative)
