Training <ul><li>13 courses: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>1 Curso de experto/a universitario/aria en planes de igualdad y conciliación </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>4 cursos sobre la Ley de Igualdad, dirigidos al empresariado de las Islas </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>2 cursos sobre planes de igualdad, dirigidos a delegadas y delegados sindicales </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 Curso sobre los aspectos laborales de la Ley de Igualdad, dirigido a profesionales de la abogacía </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 Curso de habilidad y buenas prácticas directivas, dirigido a mujeres predirectivas </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>4 cursos sobre cómo constituir una empresa, dirigidos a mujeres en paro con espíritu emprendedor </li></ul></ul><ul><li>460 beneficiaries of the courses. </li></ul>
  • 6. Awareness and information <ul><li>Conferences </li></ul><ul><li>Informatic tool for enterprises creation. A pen-drive with the information was delivered during the Fair and it is available in www.treballiformacio.caib.es </li></ul><ul><li>Fair “Management of women”, more than 5.000 visited the fair </li></ul><ul><li>Acknowledgement of the first woman director in a banc in Spain </li></ul>
  • 7. Funding <ul><li>Promotion of Equality plans in SMEs </li></ul><ul><li>Encouragement of the professional promotion of women </li></ul><ul><li>610 direct beneficiaries </li></ul>

Equality Unit <ul><li>Created July 2008 within the CRS General Directorate </li></ul><ul><li>Objective: include the gender perspective in the regional ministry of Labour and Training </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Studies </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Conferences </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Gender neutral language </li></ul></ul>
