Production, placing and removal of the stickers is the responsibility of the Partner.  A drink bar available very close to the Networking Area. The Partner sponsors (to adult participants of the conference) selected drinks during the presentations and breaks. The package can be enjoyed in full thanks to the location of the event in the city centre (we assume that this fact may encourage participants to drink alcohol at the bar).  Additional space close to Networking Area available to place 1 roll-up, a sofa or 2 chairs and a tableParticipation in the event  Two persons to service the Networking Area (with the possibility of attending the after-party)The price of the package does not include the preparation of promotional materials. Number of stands to choose from: 1. max size 1.7 m x 1.5 m (next to conference room and toilet) 2. app. size 1.7 m x 1 m (in the centre of foyer, next to catering) 3. max size 1.7 m x 1.5 m (next to Networking Area) 4. max size 1.5 m x 1.2 m (next to bar of Networking Area) 5. max size 2 m x 2 m (right side on the second floor, in front of the bar) 6. max size 2 m x 2 m (left side on the second floor, in front of the bar)  Opportunity to present the Partner’s offer, to sell his products and services at the stand  Possibility of organizing a contest at the stand. The Partner is responsible for the preparation of a Conference Stand in agreement with the event organizer and according to the specification.  A place for the participants to leave a card for the Partner or to sign up for a meeting with the Partner.
