About In 1999 I started off as a labor market researcher at VNU Business Publications (Intermediar). At that time the market was booming, and because of that, the idea arose to start Intelligence Group. The main goal of iG! is to help companies recruit in better ways and to recruit better people than their competitors In 2003, I started Intelligence Group (iG!) with Ben Rogmans and Maximum. Near the end of 2005, I became the full owner of iG!, and in 2006 my new business partner Bert van Trirum joined iG! My dream is to become the leading company in the world with regard to labor market communication (recruitment marketing) and recruitment. For now, that’s still a dream but we are working on
