- It’s difficult to track building conditions when managing a large portfolio. Written reports with with embedded photos stream in from a variety of sources including property managers, vendors and consultants. Each document must be digested and acted upon once received. However, as documents pile up, the contents and enclosed images become less accessible resulting in an overall decline confidence in an organization’s knowledge of building conditions.

Photos provide a universal solution to capturing information about building conditions. Given the ubiquity of digital cameras as well as cameras in smart phones and tablets, the collection of digital photos surrounding a building has the potential to provide more comprehensive coverage than any collection of written reports.
Current cloud-based storage and computing solutions can deliver photo-data quickly and keep it readily available to inform building-related decisions for years into the future at a trivial cost.

The Geedra Photo-Intelligence platform provides a single web interface that provides the tools necessary for comprehensive visual monitoring, research and reporting on building conditions for any property portfolio, small or large.
This subscription solution can accept photos from multiple organizations with a minimum of front end data entry. It’s builtin photo sharing provides property managers with several options for easily sharing photos with clients, partners or vendors.

Photos from any device can be uploaded to Geedra through a web browser on any computer. Geedra automatically files and stores the photos by name, date and GPS coordinates.
With Geedra’s Power Tagging feature, users have the option of labeling hundreds of photos in minutes with a variety of helpful tags such as gridlines, room numbers or CSI division codes.

Users can quickly share groups of photos by sending email photo pages directly from their Geedra account. These pages include a summary of tag information with each photo. Recipients can click on any photo to download a full-size copy, eliminates the need for large photo attachments.

Geedra can also generate full-length photo reports complete with inline comments.

Photos captured in Geedra are available for research on any web-enabled device within seconds of upload and remain accessible in our cloud-based platform for a minimum of 10 years from upload.

Geedra’s dynamic search capabilities enable users to quickly find just the photos they want from among thousand of photos captured in their project’s photo archive.
