structured on value based pricing, it allows us to structure our
fees in a unique way.
Clients work with us on an exclusive basis as they value our
skills, our due-diligence and investment involved in the end-
to-end recruitment process. They pay a small engagement fee
and in return they receive an individually structured approach to
evaluating talent across the broader market. This comes with our
guarantee, or a refund of the investment is given.
