2. This is an investment opportunity in a high yield
corporate bond. As a standard asset listed on a
recognised exchange, this bond can be held in several tax
efficient wrappers including ISA, SIPP, SSAS and QROPS.
The issuing company seeks to acquire financially strong,
quality Nordic businesses within well-established market
places, using its target identification strategy. The
company has been incorporated to acquire companies
that fit the following criteria:
• Mature, established companies with low or no debt
• Well recognised in their field of service
• Founder owned with strong history of profitability
• Non cyclical sectors
• Blue chip clients
This simple strategy aims to deliver a mini engineering
conglomerate, and significant opportunities exists
for reduced overheads, improved competitiveness,
centralised marketing and the winning of larger contracts
that smaller companies would not otherwise handle.
