    Yes it is possible and will be a very successful model, in the case of Gramin Phone in Bangladesh, as I know a Micro Finance model, with enhancement of Web 2.0 tech even the tele medicine/ tele education can also work along with the micro business models .

    After all a social engineering is the prime motive which includes education and health care and Telecom and wire less will play the real role.
