  6. 6. Vitamins<br />Vitamin E<br />Contains a lot of the body&apos;s tissue, protects the lungs and helps produce red blood cells.<br />

  8. 8. Minerals<br />Help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy. Performs many different functions, from building strong bones to transmitting nerve impulses. <br />
  9. 9. Fat<br />It is a major component in staying healthy, it helps the brain and nervous system. Not all of the diet should consist of fat but about 30% should.<br />

  13. 13. Protein<br />The Body uses protein to repair and build tissues, and also makes body chemicals needed<br />Its a building blocks of the body.<br />
