Barangayette Report

  1. 1. Mary Gabrielle “Gabbie” Santos Barangayette President-2013-2014 Gr. 6- St. Gabriel “We are here to serve and not to be served!” Barangayette Report First and foremost, I would like to thank God for giving me the opportunity to be of service to my fellow Paulinians, I would like to thank God for providing me and my fellow student leaders His never ending grace and provision in one of the challenging moments in our lives --- since we are graduating students. As a student-leader, we had to juggle our academic life, personal life and co-curricular activities. We had to make sure that we are able to balance out everything and not make one aspect of our life suffer in order to meet the demands of other life roles. I am humbled by this opportunity given to me by God, that is why it is my advocacy to make each and every Paulinian feel loved and special – for we are unique in our own ways-- no one is superior nor inferior---WE ARE ALL EQUAL. Thus, to share this message across the Paulinian Community, I have spearheaded the “Working Towards a Peaceful and Friendly Campus” last September 9-13. This project is in line with the Department of Education's Anti-Bullying Act of 2012. This activity which lasted for a week entailed months of preparation inclusive of planning, implementing and concluding which by God's grace I was able to do single-handedly. I would like to extend my deepest and sincerest gratitude to Sr. Azucena Nate for making my advocacy come true. I have already submitted this proposal the school year before and thanks to Sr. Azucena for approving its implementation last September, 2013.
