  • Here’s what we’ve got in the pipeline for GroupWise and its companions (Data Synchronizer, Messenger, and Vibe):GroupWise 2012 is shipping in Q1 of 2012.The GroupWise Cardiff quality update is coming in 2012, and Windermere—featuring web administration and Active Directory integrations—is scheduled for 2013.Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack version 1.2.1 shipped in December of 2011 with HTML email support on Apple devices, iOS5 support and increased scalability.Following our agile development process, Data Synchronizer updates will be released on a regular basis, with major updates scheduled annually. Upcoming features include task support on Apple devices, remote search, HTML compose, improved security and monitoring and high availability.There’s value in staying current.When you choose to keep up with the latest releases of GroupWise, you get more out of your collaboration investments. Upgrading, staying trained, and teaching users about available tools helps them be more productive. Better productivity equals more creative ideas, quicker decisions, and faster time to market, which all translate to a better bottom line.
  • Novell Messenger is now an entitlement with both GroupWise and Novell Vibe—and features presence integration with both.iPhone and Android apps—as well as the ability to keep multiple connections open simultaneously—are coming for Novell Messenger in 2012. And in 2013, we’ll introduce web administration, Active Directory integration, and a web client for integration with GroupWise WebAccess and Novell Vibe.Novell Vibe 3.2 shipped in late 2011 with version management, mobile apps, Chrome support, and enhanced landing page functionality.In 2012 and 2013, Vibe will be enhanced with file sync/offline file access capabilities, a Microsoft Office add-in, peer-to-peer messaging and IM integration, simple group creation, file system integration and much more.
