Two years ago, Forrester Research (a market research and advisory firm) began an IBM Rational CLM deployment by partnering with CloudOne to help integrate Forrester's global development teams. What began as a solution for tracking bugs and small RFEs evolved into a platform for collaboration with key stakeholders including sales and marketing. These transformation has allowed the teams to more than double their story point velocities, reduce the number of unplanned requests, a and meet and show deadline objectives to outside stakeholders. In this recorded webcast, Forrester shows examples of how they were able to successfully adopt CLM as well as a roadmap of where they plan to go next.

About the Presenters

Amy Pritchard

Amy Pritchard currently works as the Director, Projects & Processes, for Forrester Research, Inc. In this role, Amy manages large project teams, all production release streams, and champions Forrester's agile processes. She has over 10 years of project management and business analysis experience in the US and Australia. Since joining Forrester, she has worked with the business applications and web applications development teams to transform from a waterfall development lifecycle to a blended agile methodology. Amy has a Bachelor of Business, International Business, and Bachelor of Computing, IT Management, from University of Technology, Sydney, and her MBA from Simmons College, Boston.

Ben Chodroff

My passion is in helping others solve their challenges. At CloudOne, we bring the benefits of talented cloud architects and flexible licensing to solve client challenges. I have a background in helping companies improve their application and product life-cycle management processes through best practices and software development solutions. I have previously worked as a software developer in the US and India. It gave me the chance to work with talented individuals and first hand experience with the challenges organizations face with performing global software development. This set my desire to help individuals make better software to solve real world problems. I have interests in IT strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and software development processes. Outside of work you'll likely find me taking pictures, traveling, flying sailplanes, playing the violin, or making a cocktail. I am a subject matter expert on IBM Rational Team Concert, IBM Rational AppScan, IBM Rational AppScan Source, IBM Rational Automation Framework for WebSphere, IBM Rational Build Forge, and very well versed on many other solutions. I am a certified Scrum Master and RUP practitioner. I am proficient in python, java, php, javascript, html, bash, and a wide variety of other languages.
