  • HOW TO BECOME A DIRECTOR
        • Become Senior Manager
        • Accumulate 10,000 PV in a 6 month window
        • Maintain at least 100 PV each month
        • Last month has to be 4,000 PV
        • June - 1,000 PV September - 2,000 PV
        • July - 1,000 PV October - 2,000 PV
        • August - 2,000 PV November - 4,000 PV

    • Updated 3 in 30 Program
      • Effective April 2011
      • Build your TEAM
      • Open to all distributors
      • 3 new distributors with 100 PV each in your team, with at least 1 personally sponsored
      • Each additional month adds a star pin level
      • 6 months for ‘Super Star’ pin

    • April – December 2011
    • Participate by opting-in, invitation extended to all Directors
    • Director Team
    • A Director Team is everyone in the Director’s downline who is a Manager or Senior Manager
    • The Director Team excludes any downline Directors
    2011 Director Challenge
    • Monthly
    • Director Teams will work together to achieve a monthly goal set by GNLD every Quarter
    • The first goal:
    • Director Teams must collectively sponsor a minimum of 4 new starts with 100PV each to meet the challenge. Each team member must also have at least 100 PPV.
    • If this goal is achieved, the Director will receive a prize for every member in their team – for them to distribute.
    2011 Director Challenge
    • Quarterly
    • The top ten teams will receive points every month
    • The first team will receive 10 points and the tenth team will receive 1 point
    • At the end of every quarter, the points will be added up. The top 3 teams will receive a fully sponsored GNLD meeting with a GNLD Executive.
    2011 Director Challenge
    • Senior Manager
    • Be a Senior Manager with 1000 QPV in 1 month (Qualified for a 10% Sales Volume Bonus)
    • Sponsor at least 3 Distributors with 100 PPV each in your team (Do not have to all be in same month)
    • BENEFIT:
    • RECEIVE $150 AWARD TO BE PAID UPON ACHIEVING DIRECTOR
    Future Director Incentive (must qualify during the incentive period)
    • Qualified Senior Manager
    • Be a Qualified Senior Manager with 1000 QPV for 3 consecutive months (must have a minimum 1000 Personal PV during the same 3 months)
    • Develop at least 1 Senior Manager Leg with 1000 QPV (Qualified for a 10% Sales Volume Bonus)
    • BENEFIT:
    • RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $300 AWARD TO BE PAID UPON
    • ACHIEVING DIRECTOR
    Future Director Incentive (must qualify during the incentive period)
    • Director
    • Become a Director and receive the accumulated CASH AWARDS
    • Develop at least 1 Qualified Senior Manager Leg with 1000 QPV for 3 consecutive months
    • BENEFIT:
    • EARN 2 FREE REGISTRATIONS TO THE NEXT CONVENTION
