Miscellaneous
1. We are guests here. Behave as if you would prefer to be invited back.
2. Name tags should be worn at all times to indicate participation.
3. Keep away from the goose pond near Muehlmeier and the water pumping station. These
areas are off limits and icky at all times.
4. Afternoons may be naptime for our youngest attendees. Please speak quietly if you find
yourself near a dormitory during the afternoons and evenings, as the little ones may be
sleeping.
5. It’s very important to remain in the room assigned to you. If for any reason you need to
change rooms, please contact the Registrar (Marcia Stull).
6. We always need volunteers to assist with the bookstore, babysitting, Tie Dye, movie time
and other activities. If you are willing to help, please sign up on the sheets in the lobby of
Bradley Fine Arts or tell someone you want to help.
7. All the hymns we will be singing are included in this booklet. Please bring it with you to
all assemblies. If you prefer, you may write your name in the front so that if lost, it might
be returned to you. Extras may be limited.
8. The golf carts are intended to assist only those people that have difficulties getting to
scheduled activities. Please respect that intent. Only designated volunteers may drive the
golf carts in accordance with our agreement with the college.
9. Students in grades 6-12 are expected to attend the planned evening activities including
Devotions.
10. Important announcements will be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby of Bradley Fine
Arts and broadcast during assemblies.
11. Please park in parking lots only, not along the roads on campus.
12. The children in the youth choir need to go through the lunch line in time to get to practice
at 1:00pm. Please let them have a place in line; this is only during lunchtime!
13. Some attendees require strict eating schedules. Please encourage them to move to the front
of the line for meals.
14. The pub in the student center is off limits to everyone, but the coffee shop next to the
student center desk is available to anyone who may need additional caffeine.
